Searching for Meaning

I recently read a wonderful blog post by agency sister Dot Hutchinson on losing her mother and death.  It touched me so deeply that I feel compelled to link to it here.  I myself am struggling with the terminal illness of someone who is very dear to me.  Just this evening I caught myself telling my husband a story about playing gin rummy with this person and then said, "We will never play rummy again, she and I."  My heart broke just a little more.  But reading Dot's post gave me some comfort.  I hope that you will find it as touching as I have.
