In the Beginning . . .

I've been writing novels and short stories (mostly sci fi, fantasy, and horror) for a little over ten years now, but have just gotten serious about publishing in the last three or four years. I am a member of the Rocky Mountain Fiction Writers and attended their conference (my first) last year in Denver. I'll be attending again next month, pitching to an editor or agent, and participating in a workshop with Liz Scheier, a senior editor at Del Rey. It should be a great time! I'll post the festivities here.
